Our wedding consultation process is thorough and intentional because our priority is to help create a beautiful and memorable day for our couples, and florals play a huge part.

We’re known for our beautiful, romantic floral installations and take great joy in working with brides, grooms, and event planners to create unique, memorable floral designs for their nuptial celebrations. Our team has years of experience working with an impressive roster of event planners and venues in and around Charlottesville, Virginia.

Our Wedding Consultation Process

  • 1. Consultation Call

    During our initial consultation, we work with you to understand your preferences, creative inspiration, and budget considerations. We then present a comprehensive proposal that lays out plans and costs for floral elements for each portion of your event. Consultations can be conducted online or in person at our brick-and-mortar location in Ivy.

  • 2. Storyboard

    Once the elements of your event are determined, our designers will create a floral storyboard with specific flowers and colors for the wedding party's personal florals, ceremony elements, and reception décor. After this phase, we meet again with our couples to ensure that every detail meets your vision.

  • 3. Creation & Installation

    It’s finally here! On the morning of your special day, we arrive early to create on-site floral installations and deliver pre-made florals like bouquets and boutonnières. Once your wedding ends, we break down our décor items and return any rented items to our shop. You can rest assured we have floral clean-up covered. Now, go enjoy your honeymoon!
